Drop and impact are often seen in engineering practice and recognized as a contact collision problem, and the problem shows highly characteristics of nonlinearity. Normally it’s effective method to solve dropping issue of dropping issue complex structure with finite element method and actual dropping test data, and it will improve the precision of finite element simulation.
